Find a group to play with
Open Discover, select a group, and review its information and available sessions.
Review your session
Check the date, time, location, session details, and your displayed registration status.
Open My QR
Open Account, then My QR to display your personal code when the organizer needs it.
Check your queue, team, and court
Check your status, estimated waiting position, and assigned team. Your queue position is not a wait time in minutes. Your court appears when the organizer starts your game.
Check your bill and payment details
Open your bill and review its total, line items, and payment status. Attach a receipt when that option is available.
Update your player profile
Open your profile, review your information, and edit the available fields before saving.

In Account, open Help and choose Tutorials. Use the video chapters to revisit the step you need.

Your player home screen
Ready to play badminton? Let us get started with RacketGo on your phone. After signing in as a player, start with Home. Use the bottom navigation to open the page you need on your phone.
Find a group to play with
Open Discover to find a group you would like to play with. Choose a group and review its details and sessions before deciding.
Review your session
In session details, check the time, location, and information from the organizer. Check your registration status and follow the steps shown on the screen.
Open My QR
In Account, select My QR code. Show your personal QR to the organizer when the session process requires it.
Check your queue, team, and court
From your session, open View queue and games. Look for My status and Your game, then check your team and court. Your waiting position is an estimate, not a wait time in minutes. Refresh to load the latest information.
Check your bill and payment details
Open your bill and check the total, line items, and payment status. If slip upload is available, check the image and amount before submitting it for organizer review.
Update your player profile
Open your profile to review your player information. Edit the fields you need and check your changes before saving.
Find tutorials from Account
In Account, open Help and choose Tutorials. Choose a lesson, then tap a chapter to jump straight to that part. Tap a chapter below the video to revisit the step you need.
