Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the RacketGo website, apps, and services used to discover venues and groups, organize sessions, check players in, manage queues, record games and costs, and send related communications.

Group organizers determine how much of their group, member, and session information is managed in RacketGo. For information held within a group, contact that organizer first. Contact RacketGo directly for account or platform requests.

• Account and profile: name, email, contact details, profile image, language, preferences, sign-in provider identifiers, and terms-acceptance history.
• Groups and activity: memberships, roles, session registrations, check-ins, queues, courts, games, play time, attendance, announcements, and operational records.
• Costs and evidence: expenses, bills, payment status, receiving details, QR images, slips, and OCR results when slip analysis is used. RacketGo does not ask for banking passwords or one-time passwords.
• Content and files: logos, covers, venue images, uploaded media, and text submitted to the service.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, request logs, security events, session cookies, and browser storage.
• Camera for QR scanning: when you open the scanner, the service requests camera access and decodes frames inside the browser. This scanner does not upload video frames, but it uses the text decoded from a QR code for the action you select.
• Notifications: notification preferences and push-subscription information when a user opts in.

Information comes from what you enter or upload, your use of the service and device, organizers or members recording shared activity, and an external sign-in provider you choose. For OAuth sign-in, we receive only the information needed to sign in and link the account under the permissions shown to you.

• Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and remember necessary preferences.
• Provide venue and group discovery, sessions, queues, games, expenses, bills, and payment-evidence tools.
• Send account, session, group, payment, and important-event email or push messages according to user settings.
• Detect misuse, troubleshoot, provide support, and keep records needed for security.
• Measure performance and improve the service using aggregated statistics and, when configured, cookieless analytics.

Group information is shown to organizers, authorized staff, or members according to their roles. Content marked public—such as group names, logos, venues, schedules, announcements, and selected session details—may appear in searchable Discover, group, or venue pages.

We may send only necessary information to processors supporting hosting, file storage, email, push, OCR, maps, analytics, and sign-in, or disclose information when legally required. We do not use personal information to sell advertising profiles to others.

RacketGo uses necessary cookies to maintain sign-in. A session generally lasts about 12 hours, or up to about 14 days when “Remember me” is selected. Local or session storage remembers language, interface state, cookie-notice acknowledgement, and information needed to return to an interrupted flow.

The service may enable cookieless Umami analytics to measure visits and important events, configured to respect Do Not Track. As of this policy’s effective date, RacketGo does not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking.

We retain information for as long as needed for accounts, group operations, transaction history, support, security, and legal obligations. Different records therefore have different retention periods. After deletion, copies may remain temporarily in backups or security logs until their normal expiry cycle.

We use technical safeguards and access controls appropriate to the service, but no online system can guarantee complete security. Use a unique password and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

You can update available profile and preference settings, turn off optional notifications, or request access, correction, objection, restriction, portability, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights. Email support@racketgo.app with information sufficient to verify the account; never send a password or one-time password.

Requests about group-managed records may require coordination with the organizer. We may ask for additional verification to avoid disclosing information to the wrong person.

The service is not designed specifically to collect children’s information. When a young person joins a group, guardians and organizers should ensure any legally required permission or consent is in place and avoid unnecessary public disclosure. Contact us if information appears to have been submitted inappropriately.

Some configured service providers may process information outside Thailand. We will use appropriate measures where required by law. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will appear here, with additional notice through an appropriate channel when a change is material.
