Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, accepting these terms, or using RacketGo, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use authenticated features.
You must have legal capacity to make this agreement, or use the service with the supervision and consent of an authorized guardian or representative, and provide reasonably accurate information.
Accounts and access
- Keep passwords, devices, verification links, and credentials confidential; do not allow unauthorized account sharing.
- Notify RacketGo promptly of suspected unauthorized access and sign out on shared devices.
- External sign-in remains subject to that provider’s terms and settings.
- Group staff access should be granted only when needed, and organizers must review or remove access when roles change.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for group setup, sessions, rules, prices, expenses, staff access, and member information they place in the service, including giving notices and obtaining any required rights or consent before recording or publishing information.
Organizers must verify queues, game results, bills, payment status, and decisions based on service data, and appropriately address member questions about group activity or finances.
Player responsibilities
Players must submit accurate registration details and evidence, follow group and venue rules, review their queue, schedule, costs, and status, and contact the organizer when activity or payment information is incorrect. A status displayed in the service does not replace the player’s agreement with an organizer.
Content and public listings
You retain rights in text, images, logos, schedules, and files submitted to the service, while granting RacketGo a non-exclusive permission to host, process, display, resize, back up, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service under your settings.
Do not upload content that infringes rights, is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, contains malware, or unnecessarily exposes personal information. You confirm you have the right to submit it. Public content may be searched, shared, or shown in external search results.
Costs, payments, and OCR
RacketGo is free forever and has no sign-up fees, subscriptions, or hidden service charges. Expenses, bills, QR codes, and slips recorded in the service are items that organizers and players use to settle payments between themselves; they are not RacketGo service fees. RacketGo is not a bank, does not hold funds for users, and does not guarantee that a transfer between users occurred, settled, or can be reversed.
OCR results are review aids and may be inaccurate. Organizers must compare the amount, time, reference, destination account, and slip against the original evidence before approval or rejection. Group refunds and disputes remain between the organizer and player under their agreed rules.
Acceptable use
Do not access accounts or data without permission, disrupt or probe the service without authorization, send malware or spam, impersonate or harass others, scrape at a volume that harms the service, bypass technical limits, use the service unlawfully, or help others do so. Security testing requires prior written permission.
Third-party services
RacketGo may connect to third-party sign-in, maps, calendars, email, push, storage, or OCR services. Opening a link or connecting those services is subject to the provider’s own terms and policies. RacketGo does not control the availability, content, or changes of external services.
Availability, changes, and enforcement
We may maintain, fix, add, or remove features for security, quality, or legal reasons and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Users should keep copies of important records needed to run their groups.
We may limit or suspend an account when needed to prevent harm, investigate an incident, protect security, comply with law, or address a terms violation. We will aim to use measures proportionate to the risk and provide notice when practicable.
Disclaimers and responsibility
RacketGo is a management tool. It does not guarantee attendance, quality of play, venue safety, user-supplied data, financial outcomes, or the conduct of organizers, players, or venues. Users must exercise judgment and verify important information before acting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RacketGo is not responsible for indirect loss or disputes between users arising from information or agreements it does not control. Nothing here excludes consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Changes, applicable law, and contact
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The current version and effective date will appear here, with additional notice for material changes. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. These terms are interpreted under applicable law in Thailand. Questions may be sent to support@racketgo.app.
