Organizer is for regular group hosts who take registrations, check players in, run queues and courts, and follow up on balances. Player is for a one-off game with friends and does not require group setup.

Is RacketGo really free?

Yes. RacketGo is free forever, with no sign-up fees, no monthly charges, and no hidden fees. Court fees and meetup expenses shown in RacketGo are amounts players split with one another, not charges from RacketGo.

Do I need to download an app?
