As the owner or a co-owner, create a session, choose its venue, time, courts, player limit and pricing, then open registration before play starts.
Choose Share / QR Link in the session menu so players can see the details and sign up. Copy the link or choose an app to send it; no message is sent automatically.
Before play starts, Remove works for registered and waitlisted players. It removes the signup immediately without promoting the waitlist, so make sure you have the right name.
Start the session when you're ready. Review the signups and waitlist, check in arrivals, and look for their Ready status.
In an open session, add a walk-in by entering their name. Phone, gender and skill are optional. Add and check in makes them available for a game straightaway.
Choose four different checked-in players, arrange teams A and B, and add the game to the queue. Suggestions can help you choose, but adding a game to the queue does not start the game.
From the queue card, choose a free court and review both teams. This route shows a confirmation dialog before the game starts.
Add shuttlecocks on the active game card and check the count before confirming. If pricing is based on shuttle use, the recorded count goes into the charges.
Choose Move Court on the game card. Selecting a vacant court moves the game immediately. An occupied destination shows both games for review before you confirm a swap.
Tap an active player's name and choose Substitute Player. Select an available replacement and confirm. This updates the game record and recalculates the affected bills.
Delete queue removes an unstarted game after confirmation. Cancel in a confirmation dialog only closes it; it does not cancel a game already in play.
End the game with the final shuttle count, then check out a player who is leaving. Checkout does not end active games or remove queued assignments, so take care of those first.
Owners and co-owners can review bills and slips. Check the image, amount and recipient yourself; automatic reading is only an aid. Submitting a slip does not mean the bill is paid.
Finish every active game before closing; you do not need to wait for full payment. Closing checks out checked-in players and keeps the history, so you can still follow up on unpaid bills.
After closing, choose Report to browse Overview, Players, Games and courts, and Finance. You can refresh the report, download an Excel file, or print and save a PDF.
We'll walk through a session on your tablet, from opening registration to managing games, payments, and the final report. Start in Sessions, choose New Session, and make sure you have the right group. Set the venue, date, time, and courts, then choose your player limit and pricing. Choose Open for registration, then Create and open registration. Players can now book a spot.
Choose Share or QR Link in the session menu so players can open the details. Copy the link to send it, or choose Share via app and pick where to share it.
Before starting the session, take a look at the registered players and the waitlist. Make sure you have the right name before choosing Remove. It takes effect immediately and won't promote the waitlist.
When you're ready, open Manage session and choose Start session. Players can then check in. As players arrive, find their names in the roster and choose Check in. Once a player's status says Ready, you can select them for a game.
For a new arrival, choose Add player, then Walk-in. Enter their name and any optional details. Choose Add and check in. They're now in the session and available for a game.
On the game screen, choose four checked-in players who aren't already on court. Put them into teams A and B. You can use suggestions to help, then review both teams. Choose Add to queue. The game waits there until you start it on a court.
From the queue card, select a free court and make sure both teams are right. When you're ready, choose Confirm court. Play starts, and each player can see their court.
When you use another shuttlecock, tap the plus button on that game. Make sure the count is right before confirming. If you charge by shuttle use, this count goes into the bill.
Choose Move Court and check the destination. Selecting a free court moves the game immediately. For an occupied court, you'll swap the two games. Review both before choosing Confirm Swap.
Tap the name of someone who's playing, choose Substitute Player, and pick an available replacement. Check the names before confirming the change. The game is updated and the affected bills are recalculated.
If a queued game hasn't started, open its menu and choose Delete queue. Check both teams before confirming. Choosing Cancel simply closes this dialog.
When play finishes, choose End game, check the final shuttle count, and save. The court is now free. When someone is leaving, open the roster, choose Check out, then Check out player to confirm. Checkout won't end a game or remove a queue. Take care of any remaining assignments first.
Open Payments, choose a bill waiting for slip review, and look at the image and details. Check the amount and recipient against the image. Automatic reading helps, but you still need to review it yourself. Once everything checks out, choose Approve slip. The received amount and remaining balance update. If the details aren't right, choose Request new slip and ask the player to send it again.
Finish every active game before closing. You can close before everyone has paid; review the closing summary before confirming. Confirm to check out checked-in players and keep the session history. You can still follow up on unpaid bills.
Go back to the closed session's menu and choose Report. Browse Overview, Players, Games and courts, and Finance to see what happened and what's still unpaid. Use the report menu to refresh, download an Excel file, or print and save a PDF. To revisit a step, choose a chapter below the video. Then try it in your own RacketGo session.

Finish all active games before closing. Full payment is not required. Closing checks out checked-in players and preserves history; outstanding payments remain available for review and confirmation.
