Your organizer dashboard
Run your badminton group with RacketGo. Let us explore the main steps on a tablet. After signing in as an organizer, start with your dashboard. Use the side menu to open your groups, sessions, and settings.
Set up your group
As a group owner or co-owner, open group settings to review your information. Edit the fields you need, then check your changes before saving.
Create a session
When you are ready to create a session, select New Session. Complete the session details and cost settings, then review the form before saving.
Share the registration link and QR
Open the registration details for the session you want to share. Share the link or QR code so players can open the session and register.
Review players and their status
In your session, open the players and bills section. Review the names and displayed status before choosing players for a game.
Manage games, queues, and courts
Open Games, choose players, arrange teams A and B, and add the game to the queue. Choose an available court to start, then end the game when it is finished. For the detailed steps, watch the separate games and queues tutorial.
Review session totals and bills
Open the finance section to review the session totals and bills. Check each bill and its payment status before taking the next action.
Account settings and tutorials
To review your account information, open Settings. Tutorials is available in the organizer menu. Choose the lesson you need at any time. Select a chapter below the video to revisit the step you need.
